A mediumship reading is a compassionate and supportive session intended to offer comfort, healing, and a sense of connection with loved ones who have passed. During the session, I will share intuitive impressions and messages that may provide reassurance, perspective, and emotional support.
Each reading is conducted with respect and sensitivity, creating a calm space for reflection and connection. While every experience is unique, many clients find these sessions meaningful as they process grief and feel a renewed sense of peace.

Graceful Grounding is a pop-up park experience designed to bring people back to themselves, to nature, and to each other. Set in beautiful outdoor spaces, these gatherings invite you to slow down and step out of the noise of daily life—without taking things too seriously.
Each event blends gentle grounding practices, mindful breathwork, light movement, and playful connection activities that help you feel more present in your body and at ease in your mind. There’s no pressure to perform or “do it right”—just space to arrive as you are.
