Private Session offered in person or virtually. Please contact me to schedule on either Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm.

6 Week - Iron Sharpens Iron Group = $150

Each session is 1hr in length and held virtually. They include breathwork and guided journal topics. 

*Sessions occur every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm.

Each session includes intuitive impressions and messages that may provide reassurance, perspective, and emotional support.
